| Sawhney Is President Rotary Club Jammu For Second Term | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 30: Yet another feather on the cap of Rtn Sunil Kumar Sawhney, who is taking over as President of Rotary Club Jammu on Ist of July 2022 for another year 2022-23 for the Second Term . Earlier he has served as President of the club in the year 2017-18.
There are so many feathers on his cap in Rotary organisation. He has served as Assistant Governor, District officer, Chief Sergeant at Arms of, Zonal Chairman of JK Zone of RID 3070.
He is working on project Gift of Sight in which he has arranged cornea replacement of more than 50 cornea blinds in JK and UP free of cost including one 12 years old girl . All are seeing this beautiful world on the initiative of Rtn Sawhney and by the grace of His Almighty. He has also facilitated CHD Surgery on children suffering from heart disease by arranging their free of cost surgeries in prestigious Heart Institute of India i.e. Escort and Max Hospitals Delhi under Gift of Life Project of Rotary. Another project he is handling is Gift of hearing, under which he has arranged hearing screening of more than 800 neonatal and more than 500 old aged persons in JK for their hearing loss free of cost in a special designed sound proof mobile VAN equipped with latest sophisticated equipments
He is very hard core and borne social activist and Rotarian serving the humanity above self.
He has committed to serve the humanity during his tenure as President of the Club . |
