JAMMU, July 2: Today A peaceful protest of ALL JAMMU BASED RESERVED CATEGORY EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION KASHMIR continued for consecutive 32nd day, today in the scorching heat at Ambedkar Chowk / Park, Jammu.
The protesting employees collectively pledged to work with integrity and sincerity for the progress of Association and would remain united till their genuine demands are fulfilled by the Govt.
The protesting employees raised various slogans and urged the Hon'ble Lt Governor led Administration to address their 3-point genuine demands including formation of a comprehensive time bound transfer policy, utilization of services of employees in their respective district and not to pressurise the Jammu based employees to resume their duties in prevailing situation in Kashmir Valley.
A large gathering of employees alongwith their siblings was witnessed. While addressing the protestors, one of the child raised slogans, and requested the administration to resolve the issues and demands of All Jammu based employees posted in Kashmir so that their studies would not hamper any more.
In support of protesting employees, another child addressed the gathering and urged the administration to transfer our parents back to their home districts as the present situation is not conducive for their parents and siblings to survive in Kashmir.
Ramesh Chand prominent member of Core Committee, All Jammu Based Reserved Category Employees Association Kashmir thanked the speakers particularly the Children for their continuous support and advised all the employees to keep patience to bear this hardship and maintain the unity to strengthen the ongoing protest and take this cause to its logical conclusion.
