2 close aides of Pak based local terrorist booked under PSA in Kishtwar

Kishtwar, July 2: Doda Police in Jammu and Kashmir booked two Over Ground Workers involved in Anti National Activities under Public Safety Act (PSA).
The arrested persons are said to be the close associates of Mohammad Amin alias Khubaib, Resident of Phagsoo Thathri in Doda District is among the many local terrorist who cross over to Pakistan and is presently doctoring the young minds through social media while sitting in Pakistan to carry out terror activities in Chenab Valley.
Senior police officials told the Early Times that on the basis of Police investigation two Over Ground Workers (OGWs) namely Saqib Hussain Mir Son of Mohabat Hussain Mir Resident of Banola Tehsil Chiralla and Adil Iqbal Batt Son of Mohammad Iqbal Batt Resident of Sazan Tehsil Bhagwah were found running terror module to revive militancy in Doda region on the behest of one local terrorist namely Mohammad Amin @ Khubaib Son of Dawood Butt Resident of Kathwa, Phagsoo Thathri who among others joined militancy in early nineties and crossed the border for getting arms training, is presently operating from Pakistan and it’s illegally occupied territory of POK and is in desperate attempt to review militancy in Doda region by way of instigating the local youths of Doda District to join militancy for carrying out subversive activities.
It is to mention here that Saqib Hussain Mir at the behest of Pakistan based local terrorist Mohammad Amin @ Khubaib was continuously instigating the youth to join militancy while Adil Iqbal Batt was also persuading the youth to join militancy and he was also apprehended with arms ammunition, beside incriminating material was also recovered from while he was arrested in Thathri area.
In this regard, a case has been registered against him under relevant section of law at PS Thathri.
“Their activities were highly detrimental and prejudicial to the security of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and therefore acting on the dossier of Police, the District Magistrate Doda ordered detention of both the OGWs under Public Safety Act to prevent them from acting in any manner prejudicial to the security of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir” senior police official told Early Times.
Police also made an appeal to local people including youths not to fall prey to Pakistani sponsored terrorism and advice the youths to brought the matter into the notice of police if and when any person from Pakistan or from any foreign country send them provocative messages and prove them towards the violence as well as towards anti national activities.
