JAMMU, July 2: SRMA (VK) Karykartas organized & hosted 10 days “National Yog Shikhsha Shivar” within Shree Ramakrishna Mahasammelan Ashram from June 29, 2022. 58 participants from Kanyakumari, J&K, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Delhi are participating in this important Shivar within Kashmir, the Vale of India's pride.
The programme is being organized under the guidance of Hanumantha Rao, Vice President, Vivekananda Rock Memorial & Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari, Ravi Sharma, Shivar Pramukh, Milind Mhaiskar,Yoga Instructor and Archana Panwar, Yoga Demonstrator.
The yoga is not mere physical exercise, it is a refined way of living to connect individual to Self, Self to Family, Family to Society, Society to Nation & Nation to the whole creation. Besides development of body, mind, intellect it surely promotes universal brotherhood, intra- inter-state integration from Kashmir to Kanyakumari as well. |
