Jammu, Aug 12: NSS Unit of Government College of Education in collaboration with Cultural Club organized Kite Festival celebrated Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav on 12th August 2022.
On this occasion Dr. Kulvinder Kour, Principal GCOE, Jammu expressed her views on Kite flying and said flying a kite is probably one of the most exhilarating experiences everyone can have. Tri-color kites were flown by the Teaching and Non-Teaching staff and the students. Addressing the event, Dr. Shubhra Jamwal (NSS PO), welcomed all the dignitaries and said that we hope to bring India on World heights. It was fun to watch the kite play and dance in the wind. It was truly a magical feeling. Students and Faculty members participated in the event enthusiastically. Dr. Rajinder Kour, Prof. Shapia Shameem Bhatti, Prof. Sarita Dogra, Dr. Shalini Sharma, Prof. Rubeena Yasmin, Prof. Shalini Rana, Dr. Sushma Bala, Prof. Anuradha Choudhary, Prof.Vinay Lata and Non-Teaching Staff were present on the occasion. |
