BLSKS presents mega program on “Har Ghar Tiranga”

Jammu, Aug 12: To mount the mega programe on “Har Ghar Tirangaa -Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav”, and promote the Traditional Duggar Culture of J&K, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan presented its 124th Friday Series Musical Musical Concert “HAR GHAR TIRANGA”, under the ages of Ministry of culture, Govt. of India at open Air Theatre Durga Bhawan Janipur. The Program was inaugurated by Former Regional Director, Directorte of Field Publicity. Govt of India V.K.Magotra and J.K.Raina, Freelancer Producer Director films, and Dr.Tara Singh Charak , Former Deputy Director ,J&K Health Departmentwere the Guest of Honours. The Songs presented were written and directed by Dr.M.L.Dogra , Former Regional Director of Song and Drama Division, Ministry of Information Broadcasting, Government of India. The programme commenced with National Anthem “Jan Gan Man” “Shan Tiranga –Mann ae tiranga –Har Ghar Chari lena Bharti tiranga “Jan Gan Man” and “Aoo Manaye Azadi Ka Mahaostav”, “Saalam Un Shaeedon Ko”, “ Ucha Rahe Tiranga” & dances, patriotic songs sung by the renowned artists of Jammu Kashmir UT & music of the songs composed byM.C.Kotwal, Music Director, BLSKS. The musical songs, dances and skits presented were highly appreciated by the audience and dignitaries. The Chief Guest lauded the efforts of the organizers in making such awareness programmes colorful effective and highlighted the importance of Tiranga is an initiative of the Government of India to commemorate 75 years of progressive India its glorious history of people, culture and achievements. Magotra also highlighted, Har Ghar Tiranga’ is a campaign under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to encourage people to hoist the Tiranga at home to mark the 75th year of India’s independence. Our relationship with the flag has always been more formal and institutional than personal. This Mahotsav is dedicated to the people of India who have not only been instrumental in bringing India thus far in it’s evolutionary journey but also hold within them the power and potential to the spirit of Atma nirbhar Bharat. The programme was organized under the overall direction of , Ministry of Culture.
Earlier Welcome speech M.L.Dogra, Chairman, BLSKS said the main objective of the campaign is to aware the sense of pride and sprit of patriotism, our national flag which is a symbol of pride for every India it represent national integrity and signifies the hopes an aspirations of the Indian people celebrating India 75 years of Independence Government of India vide the recent amendments to the flag code has democratized the tricolor and brought is closer to the citizens of the country. Dogra also said that it should reflect the light of the spirituality of the sages along with highlighting the capabilities and strengths of our scientists depicting the magnificent journey of our Nation. It will be an attempt to highlight the contributions of not only the known but also the unacknowledged valiant freedom fighters. Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav is a series of events to be organized by the Government of India to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of India’s Independence. Dogra also highlighted the speech of Prime Minister India, stated that ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ for 75 weeks and will continue till 15 August, 2023. On the occasion great personalities were also remembered who laid down their lives in the freedom struggle. Door to Door awareness campaign by the artistes of BLSKs and Sangam Tru Art Production will be organized about flag code, where to purchase and how to organize. The artistes of BLSKS will also visit households and educate the people on the importance of Flag.
All the renowned artistes and officials of BLSKS prominent leaders of Jammu took a solemn pledge on the occasion to eradicate social evils & to foster National unity. The singers, musician, actors who performed were Mahesh Kotwal, Raju Bajgal, Rajni Gupta, Sant Dass, Palak Sharma, Vandana Gupta, Rishav Khokhar, Joeal Khokhar, Rahul Kumar, Naiya Digra, Sobia Kousar, Rozia akhter, Komal Chanddel, Tisha Rajput, Hisham Nadeem, Anil Kalsotra, Tammna Dogra and many others presented the enthralled performance at last of the programe Master Deepak Kumar presented vote of thanks for successful conduction of the program.
