Neonate dies at Poonch hospital 8/12/2022 11:00:59 PM rajesh tandon Early Times Report POONCH, Aug 12: A neonate died at Raja Sukhdeve Singh District Hospital here on Friday. Tanveer Ahmed, father of the deceased neonate said that his baby died soon after the delivery.
