Indian National Flag 'Tiranga' is a symbol of national pride for every Indian. 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign encourage people to bring and hoist Tiranga at home marking the 75th year of India's independence. Our relationship with our national flag has always been more formal and institutional than personal so bringing the 'Tiranga' home collectively as a nation in the 75th year of independence becomes symbolic of not only an act of personal connection to the Tiranga but also an embodiment of our commitment towards nation-building. The idea behind the Har Ghar Tiranga initiative is to invoke the feeling of patriotism in the hearts of the people and to promote awareness about the Indian National Flag. The mime based on the awareness for national flag was performed by Siya Gupta, Manyaveer Singh Thakur, Vishal, Himanshu, Sanchit, Rimjhim and Divyansh. The patriotic song and poetry were presented by Nitish Kumar and Aaghav Arora. Anchal Singh performed the folk dance. About 50 NSS volunteers were present on the occasion. As Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign encourages all of us to hoist Tiranga at our home, it is our duty to make this campaign immense successful with Janbhagidari, NSS Program Officer stated. The saffron color of the flag represents strength and courage, white represents peace and tranquility and green represents prosperity and fertility.
