KALAKOTE, Aug 19: Th Yashu Vardhan Singh, Additional Spokesperson JKNC and Incharge Kalakote and Sunderbani Constituency NC along with District President Rajouri Rural (Kalakote Nowshera), Ashok Kumar Sharma met Dr Saleem ur Rehman, Director Health Jammu and apprised him about the dismal condition of poor health services in far flung areas of district Rajouri.
Th Yashu Vardhan Singh apprised the Director Health that the present health care system in Kalakote and Sunderbani constituency is reeling under worst scenario. Accusing the J&K administration of having completely failed to provide adequate healthcare facilities, he said that it is really an irony that the government continues to be in deep slumber while the people are suffering in absence proper healthcare facilities.
Yashu Vardhan expressed resentment against the government for not taking any serious step in resolving the healthcare issue on priority basis. He said that the poor and needy people are not getting free generic medicines in the health centre. "Inadequate healthcare system has taken a serious toll in the region and it is high time for the authorities to become proactive to address the issue on priority basis."
Ashok Kumar Sharma appealed to the Director Health to address this significant issue of non-availability of required health services at the health centres across th Rajouri district at the earliest. He said that the government is duty bound to ensure adequate healthcare facilities in the areas of their respective jurisdictions.
