| ADDC reviews preparedness for Swachhta Abhiyan | | | Early Times Report
DODA, Sept 2: To review implementation of SBM Scheme of RDD and take stock of preparedness for the Swachhata Abhiyan, Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Doda, Pran Singh today chaired a meeting of all BDOs of the District.
Directions were given for saturation of IHHL and updation of data on jkpanchayat.in portal in a time bound manner.
Earlier, the Additional District Development Commissioner reviewed progress achieved under different schemes including SBM, PMAY, NREGA, Amritsravors and Capex in each block.
The ADDC exhorted on the BDOs to complete work of the soakage and composite pits under MGNREGA as per the directions issued by the administrative department well before 2nd October 2022. He said the soakage and composite pits are being constructed to ensure solid waste management and liquid waste management under Swachh Bharat Mission and providing wage employment to the job card holders. He also laid stress on timely estimation and completion of Capex works particularly in the snow bound areas.
