Jammu, Sept 9: A deputation of Jammu Kashmir Medical Employees Federation , Jammu led by Mr. Sushil Sudan State President met with Bhupinder Kumar IAS Administrative Secretary to Govt Health & Medical Education department UT of Jammu & Kashmir today on 09-09-2022 at his office chamber civil secretariat Jammu. Mr. Sudan projected demands to release the salary of 2211- Head Family Welfare of Female Multipurpose Health Workers and other staff which has been pending for the last 3 months and the employees and their families have been facing hardship. He requested to release the pending salary immediately without further delay and also demanded to resolve a permanent solution of salary of employees working in Head -2211 family Welfare within as stipulated time. He also projected that the Administrative Officer of Family Welfare, MCH and immunization department Jammu is not attended office regularly at nagrota, Jammu resulting that many Insitu Promotion (Time bound Promotion cases) files are lying pending for last 1.1/2 years. Employee of Family Welfare department suffered due to their absence. He demanded Administrative Officer should attend office in Jammu regularly so that pending orders of Time Bound Promotion case of employees can be issued in favour of the employees of the Family Welfare Department. Attachment of the employees suffering from long life disease also discussed. Registrations of all the leftover Govt Pharmacists is also major demand. After the abrogation of article 370, most pharmacists are not getting registered by JK Pharmacy Council. All the leftover Govt pharmacists should be registered in the office of the Controller of Drug & Food Organization (JK Pharmacy Council). Administrative Secretary Bhupinder Kumar listened to the demands of the deputation patiently and decided to put up the matter with Additional Chief Secretary Finance in the schedule meeting and also assured to solve other demands as early as possible. Those who were part of deputation include Sh. Kamal Jit Sawhney Gen Sec JKGPA, Sheikh Mehraj Ud Din, S. Tajinder Singh, Mohd Saleem, S. Darminder Singh and others.
