JK reports 22 fresh positive cases, 474216 recovered

SRINAGAR, Sept 29: The Government today informed that 22 fresh positive cases of novel Corona virus (COVID-19) have been reported today; 06 from Jammu division and 16from Kashmir division, thus taking the total number of positive cases to 479137.
Moreover, 19 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and been discharged from various hospitals including 02fromJammu division and 17from Kashmir division.
Also, 3,916 doses of COVID Vaccines have been administered in the last 24 hours, bringing the cumulative number of doses administered across Jammu and Kashmir to 2,45,79,475.
According to the daily Media Bulletin on novel Corona virus (Covid-19), out of 479137positive cases, 136are Active Positive (50in Jammu Division and 86in Kashmir Division), 474216have recovered and 4785have died; 2352 in Jammu division and 2433in Kashmir division.
Providing district-wise breakup for positive cases for today, the Bulletin informs that in Kashmir division, Srinagar reported 12 cases, Pulwama reported 02 cases, Budgam, and Kupwara reported 01 case each while as no other district reported any fresh cases today.
Similarly, in Jammu division, Doda reported 03 cases and Jammu, Samba and Kathua reported 01 case while as no other district reported any fresh cases today.
The bulletin informs that in case of any help, the general public can call J&K UT Centralised Health Helpline- Toll Free No. 104. In case of emergency, people can avail free ambulance services 24x7 by calling toll free number 108 while as pregnant women and sick infants can avail free services by dialling toll free number 102, the bulletin reads.
It also informs that the public can reach national helpline by dialling 1075.
