							  | | Amit Shah had a tourist visit in J&K: Suresh Dogra | | | | | | Early Times Report

Jammu, Oct 5: In a handout Adv. Suresh Dogra Chairman OBC Deptt. Jammu & Kashmir Pradesh Congress committee said "Home Minister of India Amit shah said on the open floor of Rajya sabha on the day of abrogation of Article 370 & 35A, that the people of other Backward classes would get huge benefit in J&K & since 5 august 2019, the poor peoples of OBCs are eagerly waiting for the words of Home minister to be true & all OBCs who are larger in population in India as well as in J&K were expected that the Home minister saheb would definitely announced their legal & Constitutional rights in his recent visit but his visit in the J&K proved a tourist visit which especially disappointed the peoples of OBCs who are deprived of their legal, Constitutional & political rights.
Dogra added that BJP Govt. and UT Administration has played a total failure role to address address the issues of Other Backward Classes as implementation of Mandal Commission report, which guarantees 27% reservation to the OBC peoples; change of nomenclature from OSC to OBC; permanent OBC certificate without its renewable after a stipulated time; reservation in promotion for OBCs, inclusion of column in census report of 2021-2022 for the said community and enhancement of creamy layer from Rs 8 lakh to Rs 12 lakh.
