Randhawa hails efforts of PM as India officially assume G20 Presidency from Dec 1

JAMMU, Nov 27: Former Legislator and senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Vikram Randhawa along with others listened to 'Maan Ki Baat' programme of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He hailed the efforts put in by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi due to which India will officially assume the G20 Presidency from the current chair Indonesia on December 1.
Randhawa listened to 'Mann Ki Baat' in Bhour Pind Booth Number 65 of RS Pura Jammu South Assembly Segment along with Ex Sarpanch Vijay Sharma Mandal President, Naresh Sharma District General Secretary, Inder Khajuria, Luv Kumar, Sanjeev Kumar, Vikas, Ghara Ram and others.
While speaking, Randhawa said that through 'Maan Ki Baat', the Prime Minister Narendra Modi inform the whole nation about the achievements of the India, which it achieved after 2014.
"Prime Minister said that assuming the G20 presidency is a huge opportunity for India and the country must utilise it by focusing on global good", Randhawa said, adding that Prime Minister Narendra Modi also informed that India will officially assume the G20 presidency from the current chair Indonesia on December 1.
"In his latest monthly radio address, Mann Ki Baat, Prime Minister said that India is capable of providing solutions to the varied challenges being faced globally", Randhawa said, adding that "India will assume presidentship of powerful grouping G20 on December 1. For India it is a huge opportunity. India must utilise opportunity of G20 leadership by focusing on global good and welfare.
"The G20 comprises Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, the UK, the US and the European Union", Former Legislator informed.
"Be it peace or unity, sensitivity towards environment or sustainable development, India has solution to challenges related to all such things," Randhawa said while quoting Prime Minister Narendra Modi's speech during the 95th episode of his monthly radio programme 'Mann Ki Baat' on Sunday.
"BJP under the leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi is working on the theme of 'Sabka Sath Sabka Vikaas' and is committed for the overall development of India", Randhawa said, adding that "BJP is working to mitigate problems of the people and give them respite from miseries which they are facing for the last over 70 years".
"BJP Government led by PM Narendra Modi has done tremendous work to ensure that every section of the society gets its due share with discrimination and lopsidedness becoming the things of past", Randhawa said, adding that the aspect has been ignored during the past eight years in power as PM Modi gave special attention towards J&K with abrogation of Article 370 remaining the turning point for the region which has opened the floodgates of development and end of turmoil that lasted for over three decades under the meek dispensations of Congress and other parties.
