Randhawa kick starts blacktopping work of road, says BJP working to mitigate people’s problems

JAMMU, Nov 29: Moving ahead with the slogan ‘Sabka Sath, Sabka Vishwas’ given by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Former Legislator and senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Vikram Randhawa kick started much-awaited blacktopping work at Bhour Camp area of Panchayat Chatha of RS Pura Jammu South Assembly Segment.
Former Legislator Vikram Randhawa was accompanied by Sarpanch Avtar Singh, Councillor Dr Yudhvir Singh, Surjeet Singh, Bharat Sharma, Pawan Sharma, Sachet Sharma, Mitu Sharma and others.
“BJP under the leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi is working on the theme of ‘Sabka Sath Sabka Vikaas’ and is committed for the overall development of Jammu and its people”, Former Legislator said, adding that “and give them respite from miseries which they are facing for the last over 70 years”.
He said instead of talking about big things the BJP leadership is focusing on local issues which can make a big difference in the lives of people.
“BJP Government led by PM Narendra Modi has done tremendous work to ensure that every section of the society gets its due share with discrimination and lopsidedness becoming the things of past”, Randhawa said, adding that the aspect has been ignored during the past eight years in power as PM Modi gave special attention towards J&K with abrogation of Article 370 remaining the turning point for the region which has opened the floodgates of development and end of turmoil that lasted for over three decades under the meek dispensations of Congress and other parties.
Former Legislator said that BJP is working with the best possible approach to meet the expectations of local residents.
Randhawa said that the present development work is being executed on the demand of local people as they were facing difficulty in day-to-day movement. He informed that the present work will be executed) at an estimated cost of Rs 20 lakh.
He said that various developmental works are in progress and development will be brought at the doorsteps of the people.
Randhawa requested the locals to lend a hand in monitoring the quality of the blacktopping work presently going on.
People present on the occasion expressed their gratitude to the Former MLC Vikram Randhawa for ensuring early redressal to their genuine long pending demand in a time-bound manner. They also extended support to the BJP in the coming future.
