He told that although this work is a bit difficult, but still there are some ways with the help of which you can prevent common diseases from your family. Giving information, he said that in the winter season, you will see whether you have a house or an office, people suffering from cold and cough will be found everywhere. Although the common cold does not cause any special problems, but if it is not treated on time, it can turn into severe headache, sore throat, mucus accumulation and chest infection. Therefore, to prevent common cold, it would be good to wear properly warm clothes as per the need and as far as possible home remedies like gargling with hot water, taking steam of hot water can also remove cold and cough. While giving information, he said that with the increase in cold, the first thing to keep in mind is that you should go out of the house only if necessary. Cover your hands and feet and leave the house wearing a mask.
He told that people feel less thirsty in winter, so people drink less water, but this is wrong. In winter, you should drink a lot of water. Consume not only tea but also lemon tea, green tea, black tea or soup, this will remove throat infection and give relief in cold and cough, along with this, he informed that to avoid cold, intake of Vitamin C. This strengthens immunity and also reduces the effect of cold. Include orange, lemon, sweet lime and amla in your diet. He told that by taking such precautions, we can avoid common diseases occurring in winter. He appealed to all the people and said that if someone falls ill due to cold, then he should immediately go to the nearest hospital and get his checkup done. And you should get your proper treatment done, along with this, he especially requested the heart patients to stay indoors in the morning and evening and do light exercise and take their medicines regularly.
