Stephens organises Book Fair

JAMMU, Dec 23: Stephens college of nursing (under the aegis of Dr. Aparna Educational Trust) organized a Book Fair on the college premises. It was organized by department of Library Sciences i.e Sonia Sharma (Chief librarian), Pallavi (librarian) & Shiv (librarian).
This salutary initiative was commenced by Manoj Kotru (Administrator SCON). The objective of the book fair was to develop habit of exploring the learning skills by accessing the library resources. The forte of Book Fair was to acquaint the students with the digital mode of library resource and CBS Phygital Books i.e (physical & digital). The representatives of CBS Phygital Book appraised the faculty & students about the phygital mode of learning in brief & explained them about the ways & Apps through which they can access E-learning digital mode of books.
The chief librarian Sonia Sharma also briefed all the attendees of Book Fair about CBS Phygital Books & Phygital mode of learning which will certainly enhance their knowledge & reading skills.
Moreover, the aim of this Book Fair was also to give exposure & knowledge of different kinds of nova books which will include the revised syllabus & to improve their Reading skills & comprehension.
There will be series of Substantial Book Fair to improve, augment the reading skills & to enhance the knowledge & acquaint the faculty members & students with the new edition of phygital Books for their benefit.
Manoj Kotru (Adminstartor SCON) assured that such kind of Book Fair will certainly give benefit to the students not only to improve their reading skills but also to crack the competitive exams with flying colours as phygital books contains the most relevant & detailed syllabus of competitive exams too which can help the students to make their career bright & to get propitious success.
