Jammu, Dec 23: High Court of Jammu and Kashmir will remain closed for the winter vacation with effect from the 2nd of January, 2023 to 28th of January, 2023 (both days inclusive). The period commencing from 2nd day of January to 7th day of January, 2023 is No Work Period for the High Court. Chief Justice (A) of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court Tashi Rabstan nominated Justice Mokash Khajuria Kazmi as Vacation Judge for Jammu wing from January 9, 2023 to 14th of January, 2023, Justice Rahul Bharti as Vacation Judge for Jammu wing from January 16, 2023 to 21st of January, 2023 and Justice Mohammad Akram Chowdhary as Vacation Judge for Jammu wing from January 23, 2023 to 28th of January, 2023. Justice Rajesh Sekri as Vacation Judge for Srinagar wing from January 9, 2023 to 14th of January, 2023, Justice Wasim Sadiq nargal as Vacation Judge for Srinagar wing from January 16, 2023 to 21st of January, 2023 and Justice Mohan Lal as Vacation Judge for Srinagar wing from January 23, 2023 to 128th of January, 2023.
