12/26/2022 10:01:28 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 26: In an act of utter desperation and frustration, sensing losing ground in J&K, BJP resorted to lowest level of ethics, and tried to disrupt a public meeting in village Gharota, when a Hall hired by AAP to hold a public meeting namely SHAGUN BANQUET HALL, under jurisdiction of Police Station Gharota was forcibly denied holding of meeting under undemocratic means of pressure duly applied by local BJP workers probably under the guidance of its Stalwarts, as per release issued here by the AAP Jammu Senior leaders, who later on held the public meeting in open, in front of Police Station Gharota, organized by Suresh Kumar Bhagat, Sangthan Mantri, Jammu Urban, on 25th December, 2022. Addressing the public gathering, including several women, men & elderly persons, the Senior AAP leaders including, S/Satish Kumar Sharma, Farooq Ahmed Banday, Ram Singh Chauhan, Nirmal Mahna, Kuldeep Kumar Rao, Sarpanch Ravinder Singh, Amit Langer, Agya Kour, Dixit Gupta, Romesh Lal Bhagat, Suresh Bhagat, Vikrant Sharma, Sudesh Kumari, Veena Sharma, Sushma Malhotra, Tripta Devi, Neha Dogra, Ashni Kumar Mattu & Girdhari Lal Dogra, alleged that using & going to lowest moral degradation BJP has made it a policy for their electoral gains, the AAP leaders maintained & said that in Gujrat, where BJP claims of land slide victory , is a result of unprecedented electoral rigging in which 16 lakhs votes have been reported polled between 4PM to 5 PM,at an average of 57 votes in 60 seconds & demanded Election Commission of India to hold in-depth inquiry into the matter if at all it has the spine to up hol;d democratic ethics & values, the AAP leaders maintained.
As regards acute shortage of power and water in the entire nook & corner of Jammu Region, is concerned, the AAP leaders said & expressed wonder as to how Delhi Government led by Kejriwal, having no source to generate a single unit of electricity, is providing free uninterrupted power to the public up to 200 units, where as all central ministers, MLAs etc are getting up to 5000 units of electricity free of cost. But the present dispensation here in J&K, instead of meeting the requirement of local population is providing around 80% of power to the Northern grid for distribution among northern states out of around 2250 Mega watts of electricity through Salal, Baghliar & Dul-Hasti Mega power projects of Jammu region showing utter bankruptcy of sensitiveness, sincerity and judicial wisdom. The AAP leaders cautioned the public of J&K to read between the lines and be prepared to throw away the anti farmer, anti-poor, anti youth and anti-labour government at the helm of affairs. Lashing at the central government & accusing it of issuing NADER SHAHI FARMAAN, the AAP leaders laments the Modi led Government for taking the countrymen for a ride by issuing un-mindful demonetization breaking the back bone of Indian economy in respect of lowest ever GDP; ill motived three black Agriculture laws giving benefits to friendly Capitalists & taking the lives of about 750 farmers without showing a single word in remorse. The AAP leaders further said that as regards the plight of highly educated frustrated un-employed youths, Gujrat Model of paper leakage where 22 cases surfaced in 5 years is being implemented here also in J&K playing with their future, without estimating that the same youth generation has the capacity to change the government & pay in the same coin.
