APS Kaluchak celebrated Annual Sports Day

JAMMU, Feb 4: A colourful cultural programme and prize distribution ceremony marked the magnificent and reverberating Annual Sports Day celebration of Army Public School Kaluchak. Pomp and splendour accorded honour to the extravaganza, with great exuberance on 04 February , 2023.
The event was a euphoric mix of outstanding talent displays, colorful drills and spectacular cultural performances. The convergence of thoughts, the amalgamation of efforts, and the union of purpose was visible in the celebration of the Annual Sports Day.
It aimed at ensuring mass participation and providing a platform to each and every student to showcase their dormant potentiality and this mission was vehemently achieved in the programme.
The chief guest, Brig GPS Johal , Chairman APS Kaluchak, graced the occasion with his benign presence.
Students assembled a resplendent pageant of art, music and dance in culmination of the year-long journey of discovery. No effort was spared and the result spoke for itself. The programme was ushered in by March Past with a gait and bearing that was unrivalled also their stride spoke of self confidence. It was a feast to the eyes and ears thereby enthralling the audience. Spectacular, impressive, and well synchronized, yoga formations rendered the spectators, speechless and awestruck. Zumba and Dance drill were performed with profuse alacrity.
The event saw the emanation of mammoth enchantment as the students took part enthusiastically in a vast array of programmes viz. Karate, Dumbbell drill etc. An astounding visual treat was presented in the form of Bhartiyam which proved to be the icing on the cake . The school choir enthralled the audience with the soulful rendition of the music.
The Annual School Report read by the Principal, Ms Hem Lata Vishen, brought to fore, the achievements of the students of the school and presented the Principal's vision for the progress of the school.
Meritorious students in academics and extra-curricular activities were felicitated. Around __________ Medals and Prizes were awarded to the winners of various events and achievers .
The chief guest, Brig Brig GPS Johal, Chairman APS Kaluchak ,wholeheartedly applauded the unison of efforts, dedication and participation which fortified the triumph of the function.
The function at APS Kaluchak was a true confluence of colour, passion, talent and involvement. The platform showcased the enormous talent of the young Kaluchakians who rendered their best.
The day ended in a beautiful resonance with vote of thanks by the Vice Principal of the school, Puja Sharma.
