BJP holds workshop on strengthening booth-level in RS Pura

Jammu, Mar 4: To accelerate the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Jammu South RS Pura activities today held a day-long workshop on Booth Sashaktikaran Abhiyan (booth strengthening campaign) to strengthen the party at the booth-level at Kumar Palace Kullian, RS Pura Constituency Jammu.
The meeting was presided over by its President District Jammu South Rekha Mahajan during the meeting, “Booth Sashaktikaran Abhiyan” was discussed threadbare by the senior party leaders.
It was commenced with the traditional lightening of the lamp by Senior BJP leaders namely Former Minister Shamlal Choudhary, District President Jammu South Rekha Mahajan, DDC Prof Gharu Ram Bhagat, Former MLC Vikram Randhawa, Deputy Mayor JMC Baldev Singh Billowaria, Prabhari Jammu South Ayodhya Gupta, Seh Prabhari Adv Devraj Sharma Inderjeet Sharma, Organization secretary including Pt Ashok Khajuria, Municipal Committte chairman Satpal pappi, DDC Vidhya Mottan, HS Pummi senior leaders, District General Secretaries Akash Chopra and Pushpinder Charak comprising district office bearers, Corporators Mandal Presidents Vikram Sandhu, Vijay Sharma, Ranjit Singh and Alpvistaraks.
In her presidential address, Rekha Mahajan emphasized the Booth Sashaktikaran program will be based on the slogan ‘Apna Booth Majboot. Rekha said that the party would give the responsibility of Shakti Kendra to the senior party leaders to strengthen the booths. BJP District Jammu South will hold workshops on ‘Booth Sashaktikaran Abhiyaan’ at assembly constituencies level to further intensify the campaign,” Rekha Mahajan said and asked party men to immediately hold meetings for the same.
Shamlal Choudhary stated that for the first time in the 75 years since India’s independence, a woman belonging to the Santhal community and hailing from a very backward part of the country is becoming the President of India, which is a huge victory of democracy, he said.
Prof Garu Ram Bhagat Constituency incharge explained the chronology of various programmes to be conducted under the “Booth Sashaktikaran Abhiyan “ ”Booth jeeta Chunav jeeta is the basic mantra to win the elections.
Baldev Billowaria said the victory is a milestone in the direction of realizing the resolve of ‘Antyodaya’ and empowerment of the tribal society. He said the President of India is the pride of the nation. Even after so many struggles, the selfless spirit with which she devoted herself in the service of the country and society is inspiring for all,” he said.
Vikram Randhawa giving the victory mantra to BJP Cadres asserted that as a part of this campaign, BJP workers will have to form teams, train them, and then carry out outreach activities in the area that comes under these weaker polling booths. He added that the special focus will be on beneficiaries of various government schemes.
Ayodhya Gupta shared the technical details of forms to be filled up by the party leaders at the booth level and asked them to contact every prominent person in the booth to increase the party’s base and endorsement of its policies and works,”.
In this meeting in RS Pura Constituency, four primary orators were given the responsibility to read the speech of the President Of India. The speakers were Shallu Gupta, Karuna Chetri, Rohiin Chandan, and Abhinav Anand. The orators read the same speech today in the meeting. This is the first time that such a program has been allotted to the cadre for implementation.
Gaurav Sharma also shares his beliefs related to the importance of IT and Media related issues.
