JMC dy mayor listens to peoples grievances

RS PURA, Mar 14: A meeting was organised by Small Plot Welfare Association Park-2 of Ward 22 Shastri Nagar in RS Pura Jammu-South Constituency. The meeting was organised to discuss the problems being faced in the area and to develop the said park with the latest infrastructure. In the meeting Deputy Mayor of Jammu, Baldev Singh Billawaria along with local corporator Jaideep Sharma listened to public grievances. Addressing the gathering, Deputy Mayor Jammu, said that the problems of the people of this area will be redressed on priority basis and all the concerned authorities will be directed to address the issues related to the development of the said park. He further said that all the necessary infrastructure will be provided to the said park and the morning walkers will be facilitated to carry out their activities in an organized manner. Deputy Mayor Jammu, also directed the concerned officers to take all necessary steps to develop the said park and to provide latest infrastructure and facilities to the morning walkers. He further assured that due attention will be paid to the problems and concerns of the people of this area.
The Deputy Mayor Baldev Singh Billawaria said that JMC is committed to the development of this area and we are working on various projects to ensure that the area is developed further. We are keen to ensure that the local residents have access to basic amenities and infrastructure such as roads, water supply, sanitation, electricity, etc. He also asked the officers to provide the necessary facilities to the people and also asked them to work hard for the betterment of the people in the area. He also encouraged the people to continue their efforts for the betterment of the society. He also assured the members of the association that the issues raised by them would be taken up with the higher authorities for resolution. He also urged the members of the association to cooperate with the corporation and to come forward to help in the beautification and development of the park. The Deputy Mayor also appreciated the efforts of the members of the association in organizing the meeting and urged them to continue their efforts to keep the park clean and green. He said that our aim is to provide basic facilities to the people at their doorsteps. He said development schemes launched by the Modi Government will benefit the people of Jammu and Kashmir in the coming days.
Corporator Jaideep Sharma while welcoming Deputy Mayor, Baldev Singh Billawaria in his ward said that he is always ready to support his party cadre and locals. He said that development works are going on in Ward 22 Shastri Nagar and soon all the development works of the area will be completed in a phased manner. He also assured the members of the association that the issues raised by them would be resolved at the earliest. Mandal President Ranjeet Singh, T. R Sharma, Surjeet Singh, Amit Sharma, Jyoti Prakash Gupta, Shiv Pal Shatrma were present.
