Asks Mahila Morcha activists to ensure maximum participation during social justice week

Jammu, Apr 3: Chief Spokesperson BJP Mahila Morcha J&K UT Ritika Trehan today asked Mahila Morcha activists to ensure that programmes related to celebration of social justice week - which will begin from the party's foundation day on April 6 - be implemented at the booth level to reach out to the people trumpeting the work of the BJP government at the Centre and state. In a statement issued here in Jammu, Trehan said that BJP is the largest political party, having the largest number of MPs, MLAs, and governments in the states and at the centre under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the second consecutive term, she said. Under Modi’s leadership, the Centre is dedicated to the welfare of the poor, exploited, deprived, scheduled castes, tribes, and backward classes, she added. Ritika added that the party will celebrate the birth anniversary of Babasaheb Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar on April 14 as ‘social harmony day’. On this day, a cleanliness campaign will be conducted around the statues of Baba Saheb Ambedkar, besides garlanding the statues and discussing the contribution of Baba Saheb to the country.
Ritika claimed that BJP Govt is committed and firm on providing benefits of all social and economic welfare schemes to each and every section of the society particularly to those who have been left behind in the race of development. She said, in each and every scheme of the Narendra Modi Government the focal points are villages, poor, Dalits, deprived people, Backward Classes, youth and women. Ritika added that the government has announced several pro-people and pro-poor policies and programmes that have touched the lives of all sections of the society. It has also taken many initiatives to boost India’s security and safety and take the country on the path of prosperity and growth. She said, the government’s commitment and pledge is unwavering and firm on ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas’.
Ritika added that BJP’s belief is firm on all-round development, safety and security of the country. She appealed to the people to come forward and become proactive partners in the development and prosperity of Jammu and Kashmir by strengthening the hands of PM Modi who has envisioned the overall development and prosperity of this fragile region.She said that BJP cadre has reached out to all the sections of the society including the underprivileged ones in the J&K UT and a number of schemes for strengthening the poor, Dalits, farmers and backward castes have been implemented by the synchronized efforts of the Government and the party cadre.
