Career Abacus opens branch at Rampura

JAMMU, Apr 14: Today CAREER ABACUS, a leading Abacus Teaching Institute opened its another branch at Rampura, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. Pawan Singh, Corporator, was the Chief Guest.
Chief guest and other guests were received by the Director Career Abacus, Arvind Sharma, Principal KK Khajuria & Suman Sharma, Centre Head Muskan Dogra and other staff members. Welcome address was presented by Shikha Gupta & Neetu Attar. Chief guest inaugurated the Centre by cutting the ribbon and lighting the ceremonial lamp.
The program started with demonstration of the kids which left the audience spell bound with the speed and accuracy of the kids. The parents were highly appreciative of the quality of education being imparted by the Institute. Students who participated in the Demo session are : Paras Gupta, Aditri Sharma, Girisha Angral and Advika Choudhary.
Arvind Sharma, director of the Institute, highlighted the benefits of CAREER ABACUS Course and stressed upon the parents to teach this skill to their children. He explained that it not only improves the arithmetic skills but also helps in whole brain development by enhancing the memory, concentration, visualization, imagination and overall confidence of the students. By using abacus and later on doing the sums mentally, children become self-reliant as they don’t need any electronic or manual device to solve the sums.
Sharma further informed the gathering that Career Abacus is proud member of many Global Associations of Abacus which conduct International Grading Examinations, National and International Abacus Competitions. Students of Career Abacus have the privilege to compete in those competitions.
Chief guest in his speech was very appreciative of the work being done by the Institution in making the present generation so fast. The chief guest blessed the little children and the efforts made by them in this direction. He insisted that this skill should be taught to the present generation as it can help in channelising their energy. Function was coordinated by Muskan, Sunita, Shashi, Nidhi, Nakul & other Staff members.
