Shilpa Chaku Handoo wins Mrs India Universal 2023 Title

JAMMU, May 23: Shilpa Chaku Handoo, a talented individual from Jammu, has been crowned Mrs India Universal 2023. The grand finale of the prestigious event, hosted by Dreamz Production House, took place at Noida Film City. Neha Dhupia, a former Miss India and Bollywood actress, along with other renowned celebrities, served as the esteemed jury for the event.
The national beauty pageant attracted participants from all over India, with Shilpa Chaku Handoo emerging as the winner. Itee Raj from Lucknow secured the first runner-up position, while Pooja Pandita from Faridabad became the second runner-up. The panel of judges included Neha Dhupia, Prince Narula, Bhumika Bhal (Celebrity Makeup Artist), Anubha Vashisht, and Sophiya Singh, among others.
This event served as a platform for exceptional talent across the country, as contestants from over 20 cities showcased their skills. With approximately 100 participants, the show featured categories such as Mr, Miss, and Mrs. The winners were rewarded with gift hampers and presented with exciting opportunities, including participation in video songs, web series, print shoots, designer showcases, and reality shows.
Shilpa Chaku Handoo, a mother of a 12-year-old son and currently working as a Training and Placement Officer at the University of Jammu, expressed her gratitude for the support she received. Overcoming challenges, she credited her participation in running marathons for boosting her confidence. Shilpa, who completed her Engineering and MBA from Kurukshetra University, is now determined to pursue her Ph.D.
Neha Dhupia, impressed by Dreamz Production House's efforts, commended their role in providing opportunities to budding talents in India. She emphasized the hard work required but acknowledged the rewarding outcome. While only a few participants were crowned winners, the platform offered numerous opportunities for future success.
