Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 30: Modi Government has successfully addressed various challenges and fulfilled the aspirations of the people in the span of nine years, according to Kavinder Gupta. He expressed his deep sorrow over the tragic loss of lives in a bus mishap and strongly condemned the horrific target killing incident in Anantnag.
Speaking at a public grievance redressal camp held at the BJP Headquarters in Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, Kavinder Gupta, Senior BJP leader and former deputy chief minister, emphasized that the current government, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has made a significant impact on the lives of every citizen in the country. He highlighted the unmatched and highly productive work of the administration during these nine years. Kavinder Gupta acknowledged the transformative change brought about by the Modi Government, in stark contrast to previous administrations that neglected the welfare of the common people. He reiterated that the BJP's guiding principle is "Seva Hi Sanghthan Aur Seva Hi Sarkar" (Service is our organization and service is our government).
Kavinder Gupta further stated that the support and solidarity of the entire nation towards the BJP stem from the party's commitment to alleviate people's concerns and fulfill their aspirations, which were often neglected in the past. As an example, he mentioned the establishment of a Grievance Cell in Jammu and Kashmir by the BJP, despite not being in power in the union territory, as a demonstration of their moral responsibility to listen to people's issues and address them promptly.
During the grievance redressal camp, delegations from different parts of Jammu approached the party office to present their respective area-specific and individual concerns to the senior party leadership. The issues raised encompassed matters such as the availability of government ration, land title verifications, transformer issues, electric poles, street lights, road repairs, employment, and pension-related matters. Kavinder Gupta patiently listened to the delegations and promptly resolved many of the issues by directly contacting the relevant authorities over the phone. He assured the remaining issues would be taken up with the concerned authorities to ensure swift resolution.
Furthermore, Kavinder Gupta strongly condemned the targeted killing of Deepu, a Hindu youth from Udhampur District, in Anantnag District, Kashmir. He attributed such acts of violence to terrorists under the influence of their mentors across the borders. Assuring that the security forces are diligently working on the matter, he expressed confidence that the perpetrators would be apprehended and brought to justice.
In addition to this, Kavinder Gupta expressed his heartfelt condolences for the lives lost in a bus accident in Jajjarkotli.
