| GDC RS Pura organizes awareness rally | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 3: NCC Boys Cadets from the 2nd J&K Boys Bn Unit of Govt. Degree College, R.S. Pura, organized an impactful awareness rally under the guidance of Prof. Rajni Bhagat, the esteemed Principal of the College. The rally commenced at Govt. Degree College R.S. Pura and proceeded to the main market of R.S. Pura. Cadets, students, and NCC officials participated in the rally with great enthusiasm, aiming to raise awareness among citizens about adopting a lifestyle that contributes to a healthy environment. The event was organized under the banner of "Mission Life."
The rally was inaugurated by the respected Principal, Prof. Rajni, who flagged off the procession. Approximately 15 cadets, along with other students and faculty members, actively participated in the rally. They engaged in interactions with shopkeepers and residents of R.S. Pura, spreading awareness about the importance of a healthy environment and promoting the celebration of World Environment Day. Notable faculty members such as Prof. Dr. Rajesh Sharma, Prof. Rakesh Choudhary, and Prof. Vishal Sharma were also present to support the event.
This endeavor by the NCC Boys Cadets served as a powerful means to encourage the community to embrace practices that contribute to a healthier and more sustainable environment.
