Unemployed youth cheated again: SKUAST-J withdraws posts advertised in June 2022

Jammu, July 14: Amid the demand of the educated unemployed youth of Jammu and Kashmir to conduct examinations of the posts for which recruitments have been cancelled following bunglings, the Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Science and Technology (SKUAST) Jammu has withdrawn over posts which were advertised in the year 2022.
As per the notification issued by the Registrar of the SKUAST-Jammu posts which were advertised since 2022 have been withdrawn.
“It is for the information of all the concerned that the Administrative and Teaching/Scientific positions advertised vide various notifications, as detailed here under, are hereby withdrawn ab-initio. All those candidates who have applied for aforesaid advertisements can claim their refund of fee by applying to the University through the Google form link which is made available on the University website www.skuast.org or in the format annexed to this notification through email [email protected]”, a notification issued by SKUAST-Jammu reads.
It was further mentioned that fresh advertisements for the filling up of posts shall be issued very shortly.
Sources said that over 2000 thousand unemployed youth across Jammu and Kashmir have applied for these posts and they were anxiously waiting for written tests. Most of the posts were advertised in the month of June 2022.
While some highly qualified educated unemployed youth have applied for the teaching staff for which higher qualifications in the concerned subject were required. Over 100 posts of non-teaching staff were also advertised in the month of June 2022 but the same were also withdrawn without any reason.
