SSP railways, other dignitaries laud services of Shri Amarnathji Yatra Welfare Society

JAMMU, July 28: Mohan Lal Kaith, SSP Railways, Jammu, Albeena Malik, DySP Railways, and Ved Raj Sharma, President of Brahmin Sabha, visited the langar of Shri Amarnathji Yatra Welfare Society (SAYWS) at the TRC counter, Railway Station. The dignitaries interacted with the pilgrims and assessed the facilities provided to them, while also participating in serving langar to the pilgrims. They wholeheartedly commended the services being offered by SAYWS in its continuous endeavor to cater to the needs of pilgrims on the sacred journey.
As a token of appreciation, SAYWS office bearers honored all the dignitaries, who, in turn, expressed their admiration for the langar committee's tireless efforts. Kiran Wattal, President of SAYWS, extended his gratitude to all the guests for their visit and gave them an overview of the society's activities.
Anil Gupta, Senior Vice President of SAYWS, highlighted the utmost attention given to maintaining cleanliness and providing packaged drinking water bottles to the pilgrims. He mentioned that pure Dogri food is served in the langar, which has been running successfully for 30 consecutive days. He praised the administration and police personnel for their round-the-clock services to the pilgrims and also thanked the media for providing timely information to the pilgrims.
Approximately 3,000 to 4,000 pilgrims are served langar at the SAYWS venue on a daily basis. Sh. Gupta appealed to the pilgrims to follow the guidelines issued by the administration and, after completing their Yatra, carry a message of peace and hospitality of the people of Jammu to their home places. He expressed his gratitude to all the dignitaries for their kind visit and interaction with the Yatries.
The event was graced by prominent attendees, including SAYWS Senior Vice-President Anil Gupta, Sh. Ashok Khajuria, ex-MLA, and General Secretary of SAYWS, Prem Ji, Kamal Ganjoo, Ashok Sharma Ji, and others.
The visit of distinguished dignitaries and their appreciation for the services provided by SAYWS further highlights the dedication and commitment of the organization in serving the pilgrims during the sacred Shri Amarnathji Yatra.
