Under the supervision of Senior Superintendent of Police, Samba, a challan has been filed in the court against a father who murdered his 20-year-old unmarried son and attempted to murder his wife and daughter on April 12 earlier this year.
The incident led to the registration of FIR No. 78/2023 under sections 302/307 IPC at Police Station Samba through Police Post Goran, and the subsequent arrest of the accused Kulbir Singh, son of Jaswant Singh, residing in Dhaki Sumb, Samba.
The investigation was meticulously conducted by a team comprising of DySP Garu Ram, SHO Police Station Samba Rajeshwar Singh, and I/C PP Goran PSI Sajid Jaral, under the monitoring of Additional SP Samba, Surinder Choudhary.
