| 04 vehicles involved in illegal mining seized by Jammu Police | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 4: In a quest to stern the menace of illegal mining, a multi-pronged strategy was devised by Jammu Police in which police teams of PS Kahnachak, PP Talab Tillo and PP Canal Road acted stringently on the specific inputs and raided at a location in their respective area and seized 04 vehicles involved in illegal mining. Details of the vehicle seized are as under:
One tractor trolley without Registration No by PS Kahnachak 02 Tractor trollies bearing Chaasis Nos. Chassis No- MBNBG55AANCE35014 and WRTE31419112998, by PP Talab Tillo One Tipper bearing registration number JK02CG-2709, by PP Canal Road
The recoveries were made by SHO PS Kahnachak Inspr Sandeep Singh Chib, I/C PP Talab Tillo PSI Sonu Choudhary and I/C PP Canal Road PSI Mohd Younis Khanday in their respective jurisdictions.
DMO Jammu was also intimated about the same.
The mining was done in violation of order of Hon'ble High Court of J&K. In order to strictly implement the drive against illegal mining and to tighten noose against the violators of the law Jammu Police has initiated strict action. |
