Art of Living Facilitates "Har Ghar Dhyan" Meditation for Staff of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board

Katra, Aug 7: In a collaborative effort with the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, the Art of Living conducted a meditation session as part of the "Har Ghar Dhyan" initiative. The session took place at the serene Spiritual Growth Centre in Katra, with the primary aim of nurturing the mental wellness of the dedicated staff operating within a demanding environment.
Recognizing the paramount importance of mental well-being, the meticulously structured one-hour meditation session aimed to provide much-needed reprieve and rejuvenation. The "Har Ghar Dhyan" initiative, supported by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, as a component of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations, is dedicated to fostering spiritual growth and holistic health.
The session was led by Dr. Rajan Salalia, a Senior Art of Living Teacher and the State Teachers’ Coordinator (STC) for Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
The participants in few above hundred wholeheartedly embraced the session, and the overwhelmingly positive feedback serves as a testament to the efficacy of such initiatives in addressing the challenges posed by a fast-paced and demanding environment. The staff of the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board conveyed their heartfelt appreciation for the opportunity to partake in a moment of tranquility and introspection.
The program was expertly organized by the Shrine Board Training department under the sagacious guidance of CEO SMVDSB, reflecting a holistic approach towards mental health and personal growth.
The Art of Living remains steadfast in its commitment to nurturing well-being, inner harmony, and individual growth through transformative endeavors like "Har Ghar Dhyan."
