Zone Jammu emerges victorious against zone Satwari with 6 Wickets at Khel Gaon Nagrota

Jammu, Aug 10: Today, in the U-17 Years Boys Cricket Finals held at Khel Gaon Nagrota, Zone Jammu secured a victory by 6 wickets over Zone Satwari. The competition was organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports, District Jammu.
Earlier, the Department had also organized Basketball competitions for U-14 Years and U-17 Years Girls, along with Cricket competitions for U-17 Years Boys, at various venues in Jammu. These events were conducted under the patronage of Director Youth Services and Sports, Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory, Sh. Subhash Chander Chibber (JKAS). The guidance was provided by Joint Director Youth Services and Sports, Jammu, Sh. Suram Chand Sharma (JKAS), and the overall supervision was carried out by DYSSO Jammu, Sh. Sukhdev Raj Sharma.
Approximately 190 players from different zones of District Jammu participated in these competitions. The primary objective of these events was to identify the top-performing players for the upcoming higher levels of competition. DYSSO Jammu extended their appreciation to both the winning and runner-up teams for their outstanding performance at Khel Gaon Nagrota.
The matches were officiated by a panel of experts from the Department, including convenors and other technical officials, who played an instrumental role in ensuring the smooth conduct of these competitions
