DC Kishtwar leads intensive cleanliness drive at DC office complex

Kishtwar, Aug 10: As a prelude to Independence Day celebration 2023,a commendable effort under Meri Mati Mera Desh Campaign of Culmination of Azadi Ka Amrit Mohatsav on 15 August 2023 , an extensive cleanliness drive was conducted at the Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar's office complex today.
The drive, spearheaded by Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Dr. Devansh Yadav, saw the active participation of prominent officers including ADDC Kishtwar, Sham Lal, ADC Kishtwar, Inderjeet Singh Parihar,ACP Zakir Hussain Wani and others.
The dedicated sanitary workers and personnel from various departments situated within the complex diligently carried out the cleanliness campaign within their workspaces as well as the surrounding areas and office lawns. This proactive effort aimed to instill a sense of cleanliness and its significance among all occupants.
As part of the initiative, waste and litter were methodically collected in designated dustbins and appropriately disposed of. Additionally, the employees of these offices were sensitized about the importance of maintaining cleanliness within their workspace and adhering to proper waste disposal practices, discouraging any random scattering of litter.
This collaborative effort reflects a commitment to fostering a cleaner and more organized work environment, showcasing the dedication of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Dr. Devansh Yadav, and his team in promoting hygiene and responsible waste management.
