| Bovine Bid foiled by Akhnoor police | | | Early Times Report
Akhnoor, Aug 12: Police party of Ps Akhnoor intercepted one Auto load carrier bearing registeration No. JK02DC-0871 which was coming from Jammu towards chowki chora. when naka party signal to stop the vehicle the unknown driver of vehicle tried to escape.
During questioning the driver disclosed his name as Falas Sandhu S/o Taj Sandhu R/o Channi Targwal Tehsil Akhnoor District Jammu.
During checking of the vehicle found bovine animals loaded mercilessly in cruel manner without fodder and water in above said vehicle. Vehicle seized, Bovine animals rescued and accused person arrested on spot. In this regard a case FIR No. 230/2023 U/s 188 IPC, 11 PCA Act has been registered. Further investigation of the case is going on. |
