Akhnoor, Aug 12: Chowki Choura Grama Sabha convened on August 12, 2023, at 1430 Hrs, creating a memorable day filled with meaningful activities. The gathering, attended by 26 members, including 20 males and 6 females, was led by respected Sarpanch Ravi Kumar Sharma, alongside dedicated team members.
The Grama Sabha began by paying homage to the brave soldiers who have selflessly served the nation. A somber moment of reflection was observed, honoring their contributions and sacrifices. Continuing the spirit of community betterment, a tree plantation drive was initiated, symbolizing the commitment to a greener environment.
Saplings were planted, representing a shared pledge towards a cleaner and healthier ecosystem.
