Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 12: The ongoing 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' has witnessed the elevation of the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign into a nationwide festival, as stated by Kavinder Gupta, a senior BJP leader and Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu. He made this announcement while leading a spirited Tiranga Rally in the Deeli area of Jammu today.
Organized by the BJYM Jammu District unit, the Tiranga rally saw the participation of various prominent figures including District President Rekha Mahajan, DDC member Prof Gharu Ram, and Vikram Randhawa (ex MLC), among others.
During his address, Kavinder Gupta underlined the remarkable significance of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign in fostering a sense of patriotism across the entire nation. With India on the brink of celebrating its 77th Independence Day, he urged citizens to proudly hoist the national flag atop their rooftops from August 13 to 15, commemorating the country's hard-earned freedom.
Kavinder commended Prime Minister Modi for initiating the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan, which has now grown into a widespread movement, touching hearts across the nation and particularly within the J&K UT.
The leader emphasized that Independence Day holds immense importance as it serves as a poignant reminder of the sacrifices made by our valiant freedom fighters who fought tooth and nail to secure the nation's liberation from British rule. He further highlighted that the Tricolour embodies India's inclusivity, commitment to harmonious progress, and the unity that springs from diversity.
Amidst the celebrations of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, Kavinder Gupta rallied for unity among all citizens, urging collective efforts to ensure the National Flag soars high. This, he emphasized, would serve as a fitting tribute to the countless freedom fighters and brave soldiers who tirelessly shielded the nation from external threats.
Kavinder concluded by calling upon the people to translate Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision into reality, uniting to make a brighter and more harmonious India.
