RAMGARH, Aug 18: Government Degree College Ramgarh's NSS Unit-Prabha orchestrated an impactful event by organizing a documentary screening focused on 'Nasha Mukt Abhiyaan' (Campaign for a Drug-Free India) as part of the Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav celebrations. The initiative was carried out under the able guidance and leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Geetanjali Andotra, the esteemed Principal of the college.
The event was hosted in the college's smart classroom, where a documentary was screened to enlighten students about the perils of drug abuse. With the prevalent concern of drug-related issues in society, the Principal addressed the students and emphasized the importance of steering clear of drugs and related substances. She underscored the significance of adopting a healthy lifestyle, underscoring its contribution to building a stronger and healthier society overall.
During the event's commencement, Dr. Shamsher Lal, the Programme Officer, shared his insights on the impact of drugs.
