MV International School organizes inter CBSE schools Hindi story telling competition

JAMMU, Sept 9: MV International School organized an 'Inter CBSE Schools Hindi Story Telling Competition' for students in classes 3rd to 5th, in collaboration with the Jammu Sahodaya School Complex. The competition allowed students to choose between two topics: 'Moral Values' or 'Environmental Conservation.' Twenty-five prominent CBSE schools from Jammu, Samba, and Kathua participated in the event.
Kewal Krishan, CEO Samba, graced the opening ceremony as the Chief Guest, while Dr. Vandana Gupta, Principal of GDC Vijaypur, was the chief guest for the closing ceremony. Special Guests included Sh. Sanjeev Pradhan (Principal APS Samba), Sh. Suresh Kumar Khajuria (HOD DIET Samba), Dr. Sheetal Sharma (Assistant Professor GDC Vijaypur), and Ms. Vandana Gupta (DIET Samba).
The competition was judged by Prof (Dr.) Sania Gupta (GDC Kunjwani Jammu), Dr. Archana Parihar (Senior Lecturer HSS Sumbh), and Ms. Nirmala Devi (PGT Hindi KV Samba).
Participants used various props to narrate captivating stories that conveyed moral values. Their confident performances impressed the judges and showcased their enhanced vocabulary and speaking skills.
The first prize was awarded to Ashree Jandial from Heritage School, with Moksha Mahajan of Doon International School securing second place. Dhanyata Verma from Army Public School Sunjwan claimed the third position.
First consolation prize went to Guransh Singh (Jodhamal Public School), second consolation prize to Nirmat Sharma (Rich Harvest School), and the third consolation prize was shared by Akshita Sharma (Army Public School Kaluchak), Aarohi Sharma (Kartar Public School Kathua), and Vanya Bagul (MV International School).
Dr. Vandana Gupta, the Chief Guest for the closing ceremony, appreciated the participants for their outstanding performances and the moral values conveyed through their stories. She commended all participants and winners for their mesmerizing presentations.
Event Management: The event was coordinated by Neha Sharma and students of class 5th, including Harsh Sambyal, Garima Sharma, Ayushi Verma, and Sumaira Sharma. The vote of thanks was delivered by Cultural Coordinator Navneet Kour.
The 'Inter CBSE Schools Hindi Story Telling Competition' provided students with a platform to showcase their storytelling skills and share moral values through engaging narratives.
