Jammu, Sept 9: The Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) has released the Vehicle Retail Data for the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir for the month of August 2023.
Here are the key highlights of the vehicle retail data for August 2023:
2-Wheeler Category: Witnessed a decline of -5.29%, with 8,647 units sold this month compared to 9,130 units in August 2022.
3-Wheeler Category: Recorded significant growth of 51.78%, with 1,023 units sold this month compared to 674 units in August 2022. Commercial Vehicle Category: Experienced a decline of -14.46%, with 935 units sold this month compared to 1,093 units in August 2022. Passenger Vehicle Category: Showed strong growth of 29.64%, with 6,111 units sold this month compared to 5,246 units in August 2022.
Tractor Vehicle Category: Witnessed a substantial decline of -48.99%, with 177 units sold this month compared to 347 units in August 2022.
In total, the retail figures for August 2023 stand at 16,893 units, reflecting a growth of 5.86% compared to August 2022. |
