MAHANPUR, Sept 19: In a harmonious celebration of Mahatma Gandhi's legacy, the NSS unit of the college, in collaboration with the Department of Education at Government Degree College (GDC) Mahanpur, orchestrated a captivating singing competition. The event was conducted under the patronage of the esteemed Principal of the college, Dr. Sangeeta Sudan.
This musical extravaganza was an integral part of the ongoing series of activities commemorating "Gandhi Jayanti" and aimed to echo the spirit of unity and patriotism promoted by the Mahatma.
The event was initiated by Dr. Sapna Devi, Head of the Department of Hindi, who set the tone for the evening. Talented students from both semester III and semester V graced the occasion with their melodious voices, rendering beautiful patriotic songs that stirred the hearts of all in attendance.
