JAMMU, Dec 14: A three-day Budding Painters' Camp hosted by the Jammu & Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages (JKAACL) concluded today with a vibrant valedictory ceremony and exhibition. The initiative, held at the Academy's K L Saigal Hall, provided a platform for promising young artists to hone their skills and express their artistic vision.
