Behavioural and Attitudinal Development: The program addresses aspects like managing change, self-improvement, and cultivating positive behaviours and attitudes towards the general public.
Communication Skills: Emphasis is placed on enhancing communication skills for conveying information clearly, managing conflict situations, and building rapport with the community.
Organizational Productivity: The course aims to improve overall organizational productivity within the police force through effective communication and team dynamics.
Eminent faculty members from various academic institutions have been invited to conduct sessions and ensure the program's success.
The inaugural function was graced by Shri Rajinder Kumar Gupta, IPS, SSP, Dy. Director (Indoor), as the Chief Guest. He emphasized the critical importance of police officers adapting their behaviour and attitude towards the public, highlighting the power of effective communication in building trust and resolving conflict.
Sukhvir Singh, Dy.SP, AD(Admn), oversees the course's coordination, with assistance from SI Irshad Ahmed, a faculty member.
