JKTF appoints Jugal Dubey as district president for Reasi, pledges to address

REASI, Dec 18: In a significant development, the Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum (JKTF) held a massive meeting in the district of Reasi, nominating Jugal Dubey as its new District President. The meeting, conducted under the patronage of Sh. Ganesh Khajuria, Chairman of JKTF, saw a large turnout of teachers and masters from the district. The dynamic leadership of Jugal Dubey, along with his team comprising Mohit Jamwal, Ravi Kumar, and Gulshan Sanmotra, was acknowledged during the gathering.
Chairman Ganesh Khajuria warmly welcomed the new members into the forum, emphasizing the importance of unity among teachers. The event brought together hundreds of educators, with discussions centered around pressing issues within the Education Department. The speakers appealed to Chairman Ganesh Khajuria to address these concerns at higher levels for prompt resolution.
In a noteworthy move, Chairman Ganesh Khajuria nominated Jugal Dubey as the new District President of JKTF for Reasi. Additional members for the district body were also nominated during the meeting. The chairman expressed optimism that the forum would strengthen at the grassroots level under the energetic leadership of Jugal Dubey and his team.
During the proceedings, Jugal Dubey, the newly appointed District President, praised the work culture of JKTF and highlighted the organization's commitment to advocating for the rights of the teaching fraternity. He commended Chairman Ganesh Khajuria for his dedication, honesty, and hard work, both as a professional and a trade union leader. Dubey pledged to follow in the chairman's footsteps for the welfare of teachers and the improvement of students' conditions.
Senior leaders present at the event included S. Surat Singh Toofani, Kuldeep Verma, P.D Singh, Bharat Bhushan Sharma, and Narotam Sharma. A significant number of teachers and masters joined JKTF during the meeting, expressing their confidence in Chairman Ganesh Khajuria and the forum's work culture.
Chairman Ganesh Khajuria urged the attendees to strengthen the forum at the grassroots level, raise awareness about its initiatives, and collaborate for the welfare of the teaching community. He emphasized the need to prioritize students and work collectively to enhance the standard of education in government institutions.
