| GDC Sunderbani organized pledge taking ceremony | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 19: Government Degree College, Sunderbani organized pledge taking ceremony on Viksit Bharat @2047 on December 19, 2023 under the aegis of "Viksit Bharat @ 2047: Voice of Youth". The event is organised under the supervision and able guidance of Dr. K.K. Sharma Principal of the College who reiterated Hon'ble Prime Minister's vision to actively involve the youth of the country in the formulation of National Plans to achieve the goal of Viksit Bharat by 2047.
The organizing committee consisting of Prof. Rajat Sharma , Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Prof. Davinder Kumar and Prof. Nisha Kumari conducted pledge taking ceremony. Dr Rakesh Kumar, Department of English introduced the theme of IDEAS4VIKSITBHARAT to instill a sense of patriotism and responsibility among the students as a citizen of Bharat. The aim of pledge taking ceremony is to encourage the students to actively engage in the activities that would help in the development of India.
The staff and students of GDC Sunderbani took the "Hamara Sankalp Viksit Bharat" pledge to make India developed and self-reliant nation by 2047. This initiative reflects the college's commitment to remind all about our responsibilities towards nation building and leading our country to the desired goal of progress and prosperity in all sectors to become a leader for other nations to follow. |
