JAMMU, Dec 19: In the midst of this harsh winter, Live For Others - Being Helpful Foundation has extended a lifeline to those in dire need with its successful conclusion of the "Share the Warmth" project in collaboration with Talla Jewellers. A total of 200 blankets were distributed to road-siders and individuals facing economic hardships, providing solace and relief during these winter months.
The foundation strategically targeted key locations, including the Railway Station, Bahu Plaza, Ranbireshwar Temple, and various other areas, recognizing the heightened vulnerability of individuals in these places during the harsh winter conditions.
In the face of these cruel winters, Live For Others - Being Helpful Foundation embarked on this mission with the belief that a simple act of kindness, like providing a warm blanket, can make a significant difference in the lives of those struggling to stay warm.
On speaking with Ms.Kashish Gupta, CEO Talla Jewellers said "The success of the "Share the Warmth" project is a testament to the Talla Jewellers unwavering commitment to alleviating the hardships faced by the less fortunate. Volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure that the blankets reached those who needed them the most, emphasizing the foundation's dedication to being a source of warmth in the community".
