Japanese dignitary embarks on a Yogic journey at Vishwa Yog Sansthaan

JAMMU, Dec 21: In a harmonious convergence of cultures, Naoko, a prominent dignitary from Japan, commenced her three-day visit to Vishwa Yog Sansthaan, Har Ki Pauri, Bagh e Bahu, Jammu immersing herself in the serene and spiritually enriching environment of the renowned Yog institution.
Today marked the inception of Naoko's Yogic sojourn, as she delved into the profound teachings of Surya Namaskar, sectional breathing, and other transformative Yog techniques. Guided by the eminent Head, Shri Yog Guru Karan, she embraced the ancient wisdom and holistic practices that Vishwa Yog Sansthaan is celebrated for.
Expressing her joy and gratitude, Naoko shared, "It is a truly enriching experience to learn from Yog Guru Karan Ji and be surrounded by the tranquility of nature. I am immensely grateful for this opportunity and look forward to incorporating these Yogic principles into my daily life."
