Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 22: Kavinder Gupta, senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and former Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir has strongly condemned the terror attack on Army vehicles in Poonch District, claiming five precious lives of army personnel and injuring others.
In a statement issued to media here today, the senior BJP leader expressed condolences to the families of brave hearts and wished speedy recovery to the injured. He said that whole India stands united against this act of cowardice by the enemy and is determined to give a befitting reply to the terrorists and their mentors across the border.
Asserting that the rogue neighbour Pakistan's intention to spread unrest in Jammu and Kashmir will not be successful, he said that those responsible for the attack on the soldiers will not be spared.
Kavinder termed the terrorist attack as coward act. He said that these Pakistan sponsored terrorists have committed a heinous crime. He said that the brave soldiers of the Army are already on the job to trace the culprits of this crime in the ongoing search operation and will not spare these cowards. He asserted that they will be neutralized like other terrorists very soon.
The senior BJP leader asserted that J&K has entered a new era of progress and development which has become uncomfortable for the Pakistan and its based subversive elements due to which they are making dying efforts to disturb peace and tranquility in J&K. However, given the strong determination of the nation and its people and above all the valour and selfless service of our Army would defeat the ill designs of the enemies.
