| Police nabs an Absconder from outskirts of Jammu City | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 6: Police team of District Rajouri nabs an absconder in outskirts of Jammu city, who was wanted in a case but was evading his arrest since 2015.
Absconder has been identified as Sunil Kumar S/O Munshi Ram R/O Malikpura, Tehsil- RS Pura & District Jammu.
Police team of PS Nowshera of District Rajouri led by SHO Nowshera zeroed in the arrested accused absconder in outskirts of Jammu city on the basis of a human intelligence.
The accused was evading his arrest since long in case FIR No.129/2013 U/S 279/337/338 RPC of PS Nowshera and a general warrant U/s 299 Cr.PC was issued against him by the Hon'ble Court of JMIC Nowshera. After apprehension, the arrested accused person shall further be produced before the Hon'ble Court of Law. |
