Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra empowers residents at Sarai Nud in Samba

SAMBA, Jan 11: Far Flung Panchayat Sarai, Block Nud, District Samba, on Thursday played host to a remarkable Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra amid enthusiastic participation of local residents and Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs).
This Yatra, part of a nationwide initiative led by the Government, is dedicated to educate and empower citizens about flagship schemes and programs, with a focus on achieving 100% saturation of welfare initiatives like Ayushman Bharat, Ujjwala Yojana, Jan Dhan Yojana, and more. The residents of Nud warmly welcomed the Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) van and actively participated in various activities. They absorbed the message of the Prime Minister with keen interest, took the Viksit Bharat pledge, aligning themselves with the vision of a developed and prosperous India. Notable beneficiaries also shared their success stories through the “Meri Kahani Meri Zubani” initiative.
The festive atmosphere was further heightened by cultural programs performed by school students, while on-site service stalls offered health camps, blood donation drives, eye check-ups, and various other facilities. The event garnered tremendous success, earning positive feedback from all segments of society.
